Nursery Operations/Area Manager of the Year 2026
We are very proud of our Operations Manager, Simone Cunha Nel, who has been named Nursery Operations/Area Manager of the Year at the Nursery World Awards 2026. The awards were held at The Brewery in London on 26th September 2026.
Simone leads all six of our Colourbox nurseries, including our Forest School, and the judges praised her for supporting our leaders, “leading to improved collaboration and more effective teamwork.”
Simone’s own early years journey began at Colourbox, and we are so happy to see her hard work and care for our children, families and team recognised. Congratulations, Simone!
